Association of Professional Theatre Trainers and Teachers

Welcome to the Association of Professional Theatre Trainers and Teachers. APTTT is your link to those who teach future Canadian theatre professionals and to the profession itself.

APTTT will serve as a network for information and communication among those who train students to enter the professional theatre in all areas: Performance, Directing, Writing, Design and Production. Future plans include an annual conference and informal regional and local workshops and discussions. We encourage members to use the website to air issues of concern, share achievements and interests and to create a network of websites of interest to all of us.
Membership includes the many working theatre professionals and professional teachers and trainers who teach full-time, or on a part-time or occasional basis, as faculty members of theatre training institutions, professionally-oriented theatre programs in colleges, universities, as well as independent training institutions.
